ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Sponsored registrations / Special cases: A small number of sponsored registrations will be available. If the regular registration rates are above the person’s ability to pay, he/she may petition for sponsorship. FAST and ISE will also assist on funding requests to employers or other entities
- Included: Your registration includes participation in the forum, lunch, coffee breaks and other activities during the forum. All participants will also receive a copy of Jeffrey Hollander’s new book: The Responsibility Revolution: How the Next Generation of Businesses Will Win (Hollander is Cofounder & Chairman of Seventh Generation)
- FAST Member Rebate ($25): This rebate is available to FAST’s individual members and to employees of FAST’s institutional members.
- Advance
Registration Deadline: The deadline for advance registrations is March
31, 2010. Rates will increase by $50 after that date.
- Cancellations:
Those who cancel their registration on or before March 25 will be
eligible for a full refund. Those who cancel on or before April 1 will
be eligible for a refund minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds
will be issued for cancellations received after that date. Cancellation
requests must be submitted to FAST in writing. If the forum must be
postponed or moved due to natural disaster or a terrorist or related
incident, partial refunds may be issued. Hotels will have their own
cancellation policy for your accommodations.
- Accidents/Injury:
By registering for the conference, you agree to waive, discharge claims
and release from liability Fairleigh Dickinson University and the
Fulbright Academy, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents and
leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way
resulting from, injuries or damages. In registering for the conference,
you understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is
binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and
includes any accompanying minors.
- Documentation: FAST and FDU-ISE may collect video footage, photographs and other material during the conference for use in a documentary and/or for other outreach efforts. In registering for the conference, you give FAST and FDU-ISE permission to use this material.
